Frequently Asked Questions
What Should I pack for my dog’s stay?
For Daycare: If your pup needs a meal or medication during their visit, please bring the necessary food and/or meds. Otherwise, you’re welcome to bring any items you think will make your dog feel more at home, but nothing additional is required.
For Boarding: Please provide your dog’s food, any medications, and optional bedding. We supply kennels, stainless steel bowls, and toys. If your dog has favorite toys or comfort items, feel free to include them.
Should I bring my dog’s kennel?
We provide kennels for all our guests. If your dog has a specific kennel or crate they prefer, you may bring it, but please get prior approval from us to ensure it meets our safety standards.
Do I need to bring my dog’s food and water bowls?
We offer stainless steel food and water bowls for each guest. If your dog uses a special bowl—like a slow feeder, puzzle bowl, or elevated dish—please bring it along and inform us ahead of time.
What if my dog isn’t very playful?
That’s perfectly fine! We accommodate all personalities. As long as your dog can coexist peacefully without aggression or disruptive behaviors, they’re welcome at Waggles.
How do you accept payments?
Card:
The easiest method is through our online booking software. You’ll receive an email invoice with a link to pay via credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can sign in to your profile to pay any upcoming balances.
Cash/Check:
Payments are due in full at drop-off. We have a mailbox in front of the welcoming gate for cash or check deposits. Please place cash in an envelope labeled with your name, your pet’s name, and the amount enclosed. Envelopes and pens are provided for your convenience.
What vaccinations are required?
All dogs must be up-to-date on DHPP, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Rabies. Documentation is required before your dog’s stay.
